Returns for Shelves
TurboRacks shelves are non-returnable except in cases where the product is genuinely damaged during shipping. We don’t allow returns because we are confident in our product and our service.
48-Hour Cancellation Window
You can cancel your order within 48 hours for free. Once shipped, if you wish to cancel or return the product, a 15% charge of the total product price will apply for shipping and other services.
Proof of Damage Required
To process a return request for a damaged product, customers must provide a video recording of the package:
- Before opening the courier package.
- After opening the courier package, clearly showing the product damage.
Without these video proofs, we regret that we cannot process return or refund requests.
Seal of Authentication
If the seal of authentication is tampered or removed, the product will not be eligible for refund/return/exchange.
Refund Process
Approved returns for damaged products will be eligible for either a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
