4. Order Cancellation and Returns

• Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for free. After 48 hours, if the order has been shipped, a 15% charge of the total product price will apply for cancellations or returns.
• TurboRacks shelves are non-returnable except in cases where the product is damaged during shipping. A video proof of damage before and after opening the package is required for processing returns.
• If the seal of authentication is removed or damaged, no returns or refunds will be processed.

5. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full before processing any orders. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and online payment systems. Payments must be made in the local currency (INR for India).
